My jewelry is made-to-order by handmade and it normally takes 10-25days for processing from purchase date;and it takes 3-5days for arriving;the tracking number will shown when I send it
If any special urgent issue,the producing time can be 6-9 business days,but pls pay 50usd expedited fee;pls contact me first if you want to be rush order
Once the jewelry is ready, the jewelry will shipping by EXPRESS asap

Returns & Exchange Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We guarantee 30 days money back from the day receive the item. if any unsatisfied, just contact with us for the return for refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
There are three cases for the returning and refunding (ring returning accept within 45 days after you place the order)
1.Get full refund before I begin to make your ring.
2.If I have started the order you placed, but haven't ship yet, $25/per will be charged from your original payment, the left will be refund.
3.If I have sent your ring out, then $50/per will be charged from your original payment.
Size too small or too bigger(＜4 or ＞9）,I don't accept the return for that size if you not enjoy this ring as this size difficult for resale
Custom orders are not refundable
